Warby Parker is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to assist in overseeing the accounting for all aspects of our Retail business, including lease accounting and the review and maintenance of ASC 842, fixed asset accounting, and software capitalization—plus, managing a Senior and Staff Accountant. What you’ll do:
Manage and review all lease accounting for a growing retail footprint (approx. 30+ new leases per year!) for period-end closing and financial reporting
Oversee daily retail operations activity, including rent expense, fixed asset capitalization and depreciation associated with new store openings, and ongoing store operations such as repairs, maintenance, cleaning services, supply purchasing, etc.
