Our client is seeking a Client Success Associate, this candidate will be overseeing accounts as well as managing their reports and gathering information from clients they are currently working with. The accounts have already been given to them, the structure of the team is changing so the number of accounts they will be managing will be to be determined, an approximate guess is 60-75 clients. The way it works is a client subscribes to their service whether it be 5-15 services at once, then those deliverables are varied by the client success associate, engage with client for timeline of delivery, collecting data from clients, as well as reports. They will be meeting with the clients to go through risk management or any gaps they find.
