Under the direction of the business unit manager the candidate will be responsible for service activation and support of provisioning new services within the Lightpath Network. The Service Activation Technician will assist in providing support to the Field Operations team in such matters as node insertions, equipment configurations, circuit builds, troubleshooting, etc. The Service Activation team directs and actively coordinates all testing, provisioning of new Lightpath Services.
