Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Showroom Sales Support Coordinator to join our TEAM!  As the Showroom Sales Support Coordinator, we need someone who is ready to provide a variety of support such as assist showroom efforts with lead generation and business research/development while maintaining accurate customer records in all software systems like CRM, Oasis, SAP, Mircosoft Office and other programs.  

Primary Objective 

Supports showroom sales people to provide an exceptional customer experience and drive sales 

Major Function and Scope 

Performs various administrative duties such as answering phones, booking appointments, keying in quotes/orders, logging customer visits and opportunities, customer follow up, and order research through various systems to enhance the shopping/buying experience. 

Maintains accurate customer records in all software systems, CRM, Oasis, SAP, Microsoft office and other programs.  Prepares follow-up and maintains correspondence with customers. 

Assists showroom efforts with lead generation and business research/development.  

Maintains showroom samples/sample room and product labels.  

Ships showroom samples to customers  

Assists in planning and coordination of social media posts and significant showroom events. 

Performs other related duties and special projects required to help move the paradigm of the customer selling experience as required. 

Experience and Knowledge Required 

Requires High School diploma or GED  

Associates degree preferred but relevant work experience considered in lieu of degree 

2 years showroom/tile industry/customer service or project management required 

Competencies 

Superior interpersonal and written/oral communications skills with the ability to relate well, and cooperate with others in a strong team environment to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals.   

Exceptional organizational and time management skills 

Working knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel and PowerPoint. 

Familiar with various social media platforms.
