Insider Inc. is hiring a Programmatic Partnership Manager to support our growing business. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Programmatic & Data Strategy. They will be responsible for executing Insider Inc.’s goal to be on the cutting edge of programmatic and data monetization. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of digital advertising and the Programmatic/AdTech ecosystem and be passionate about collaborating with multiple/diverse people and perspectives.

Responsibilities:

The Programmatic Partnerships Manager will be joining our growing Revenue team managing the health of our programmatic revenue and partnerships. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being an individual contributor looking to build their career in Programmatic. 

  • Must possess the ability to analyze programmatic data and clearly communicate trends to the broader team.
  • Work with the Director of Revenue Analytics on creating insights that drive strategic decisions to improve overall yield.
  • Lead the initial vetting of potential partners and determine fit based on company needs and initiatives.
  • Work closely with platform partners to understand their latest tools/products and roll them out internally.
  • Assist with monthly audits of all platform partners (performance, spend, setup, quality controls, discrepancies, etc.).
  • On-boarding new partners and communicating capabilities to the team. General platform maintenance including weekly/monthly partner calls where opportunities and optimizations are at the forefront of every meeting.
  • Attend and travel to industry conferences and networking events (if/when necessary).

Requirements:

  • Experience in digital media and AdTech.
  • Strong analytical skills are a must
  • A good understanding of how data is used in programmatic advertising 
  • Expert knowledge of major ad servers (DFP, DFA, etc.), major SSPs/Exchanges (Google Ad Manager, Magnite, OpenX, Xandr, etc.), and web analytics tools.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, with the ability to pivot direction when necessary.
  • Ability to use all G Suite and Microsoft tools/products.
