We’re searching for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our growing Accounting team. The person in this role will be responsible for implementing best-practice policies to ensure the accurate, timely processing and reporting of payables. Our ideal candidate is a hands-on, self-starting, disciplined, and detail-oriented individual with an eye for process improvement and a knack for working independently in a high-volume environment.   • Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process including month-end and year-end reporting and audit support
  • Oversee the operation and enhancement of our Coupa procure-to-pay system and newly implemented ERP 
  • Supervise, coach, and train a team of three on procedures, controls, and issue resolution
  • Manage escalated issues with vendors and internal company personnel with tact and diplomacy
  • Monitor AP aging to ensure timely payments are made
  • Monitor AP department performance metrics to provide insight to development or resource needs
  • Own the corporate credit card program, including P-cards, employee, and executive cards
  • Administer the travel and expense policy and manage our T&E platform, Expensify
  • Oversee the tracking and collection of tenant allowance for our retail stores
  • Provide input on the long-term AP department strategy, including identifying process, technology, and control improvements; assist with their implementation


  • The proud owner of a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or similar focus
  • Backed by 7+ years of relevant experience including in a supervisory role
  • Driven by excellent organizational and customer service skills
  • Someone with incredibly strong interpersonal skills, whether you’re communicating internally and externally
  • Experience with Coupa and Oracle is a plus!
