PRN Tier Program! Earn up to $40.15 per hour on Tier 3

Three Tiers to choose from ranging from three to ten shift requirements per 6 week schedule period!

We are located on the Mount St. Mary's Campus on Lewiston Rd, Lewiston NY, Our Lady of Peace is one of the area's most complete long-term care facility offering Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Memory Care. The 250-bed skilled nursing facility offers a full range of services in a caring, residential setting designed to meet the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of each resident.

What You Will Do:

As an RN at Our Lady of Peace, you'll join a team of professionals dedicated to person-centered, compassionate care. 

 

As a leader of our care team, you'll provide direct nursing care to patients in the long-term care setting in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. In this role you will:

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assure resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiates corrective action as appropriate.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. 

What You Will Need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

 

• BLS Provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

 

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
