Our innovation projects are at the heart of our ambitious strategy in all GBUs. In an exciting environment based on growth, excellence and know-how, you will have the opportunity to work with passionate professionals, experts and teams within Roquette as an Innovation Project Leader-Pharma. You will be in charge of building, implementing, and launching new solutions on the market.

  • Build the project: scope, stakes, objectives, team, milestones, activities, budget

  • Obtain project resources: define and negotiate resources needed in terms of volume & skills

  • Steer the project: guarantee quality, manage costs and distribution

  • Make decisions that will progress the project and meet deadlines

  • Guide transversal and international project teams and their interfaces within the organization

  • Communicate with global cross-functional teams on the project

  • Compile project reports and updates to present to management

  • Present to the marketing team and assist in the marketing of the product

  • Finalize the project: achieve goals and manage project’s closure

  • Lead between 3 to 7 projects in parallel.

  • Projects will be focusing on Pharma (oral excipients, biopharma, active nutraceuticals, advanced technologies).

  • Remote working possible, with 20% on-site presence recommended. Position preferably based in the US (current Geneva headquarters > Philadelphia headquarters by 2023).

  • Engineering background (chemical, agro) and/or pharmacist background.

  • 2+ years of project management experience, as a project leader or a team member

  • Ideally, experience in pharma environment

  • Ability to organize, manage, and formalize the project

  • Ability to federate and manage a transversal project team and set up a dynamic of transformation

  • Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated, result-oriented, and committed to the project

  • Ability to adopt a business-mindset, an overall approach and to work cross-functionally

  • Ability to independently problem solve and exercise good judgment

  • Ability to handle multi-task responsibilities and prioritize to meet deadlines

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner

  • Self-motivated
