Job Description

Warby Parker is on the lookout for a collaborative, highly motivated, and resourceful Manager to join the Creative Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and scheduling of work that flows through the Brand Design department, keeping the team on task and on time. Reporting to the Creative Operations Senior Manager you will work closely with the Brand Design team as well as with key cross-functional partners; shaping the creative process for efficiency and scalability. What you’ll do: 

  • Oversee and facilitate project and budget management and production and escalate critical issues that affect project deadlines or deliverables in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the integrated Brand Management team (and other cross-functional partners) to identify the scope, timelines, activities, and resources needed to successfully complete all assigned projects
  • Synthesize project plans into actionable tasks, creating project teams and driving process methods
  • Communicate clear and actionable creative feedback to the team, distill information from cross functional partners and stakeholders, evaluate scope and arrange for revision timing accordingly 
  • Partner with the brand managers and Creative Operations Senior Manager to manage creative workflow, resource allocation, scheduling and workload, and other team logistics—balancing business-as-usual work with new strategic initiatives 
  • Contribute to Creative Operations process, maintenance, and improvement to develop and scale Brand Design framework systems and processes encompassing the key project areas: copy, graphic design, photo and video production, photo studio, print production, and visuals
  • Ensure seamless integration and improvement of systems and software for maximum efficiency, providing  organizational, technical, and logistical support whenever needed 
  • Develop statistical reports and leverage data to identify trends and provide detailed recommendations using Jira, our project management software

Who you are: 

  • Backed by 5+ years of project management and/or creative operations experience
  • Proficient with project management software; prior experience with Jira is preferred Knowledgeable about project management methodologies and understanding of creative projects and workflows
  • A master time manager who’s extremely organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking (spreadsheets make your heart beat)
  • A respectful, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment 
  • Ready to become a proud Warby Parker ambassador and gatekeeper of the brand’s personality and vision
  • Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
