Job Title: Program Manager, Marketing & Activations

Reporting to the Director, Client Activation

We are seeking an experienced solutions-oriented, strategic, motivated and energizing Program Manager to join Fortune Media’s Integrated Marketing team. The Program Manager will be committed to managing client partnerships and ensuring elements that comprise their programs are executed at the highest level and exceed all performance expectations.

In this position, you will lead the post-sale process of our editorial partnerships, serving as the main point of contact to our clients and working with internal counterparts to ensure the successful launch and delivery of each program. To do this, you will partner with Editorial, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product and Fortune Brand Studios to scope and deliver projects, detail deliverables, estimate timelines and resource requirements, as well asproviding clients with optimization recommendations to ensure program KPIs are met (and exceeded). Ultimately, a successful Program Manager will be able to efficiently manage programs in their post-sale stage by providing white-glove service, fostering a productive client relationship, and successfully deliver advertising projects that exceed performance expectations that organically lead to renewal discussions.

How you’ll do this:

Lead client and internal communications for all assigned programs (kickoff, launch, weekly statuses, debriefs and renewal discussions)
Collaborate with internal counterparts to plan, coordinate, and implement sold advertiser-driven campaigns across all Fortune platforms (digital, print, social, audio, and more)
Proactively communicate with team members and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation, launch and completion of programs
Work with internal and client teams (PR, Editorial, Social coms) to ensure proper press surrounding each editorial partnership launch
Strategize with Account Management to monitor and optimize campaign metrics for delivery against program KPIs, with AM providing detailed reporting and recommendations to all internal and external teams
Regularly identify program challenges and proactively provide solutions
Manage weekly editorial sponsorship updates email sent to editorial staff and Fortune leadership and maintain regular communication with all editorial leads as it relates to campaign deliverables
Maintain master tracker doc for all assigned programs, ensuring campaign elements are all accounted for, kept on track, according to schedule and within budget
Proactively work with Account Management, Marketing and Sales teams to provide program wrap-up reports, case studies and renewal strategy outlines for clients and for use internally in pitching new business
Lead campaign debriefs for assigned programs, outlining shared learnings and best practices across internal teams
Achieve understanding of Fortune’s platforms, editorial products, ad products and capabilities (i.e. audience targeting, lead gen, research, social strategy, new products, etc).
Actively train and onboard team members (as needed)

Who you are / what you bring:

You excel at managing client partnerships across integrated media platforms
You are well versed in media planning and strategy, understanding metrics and how to optimize to meet program goals and KPIs
You are highly organized, focused on detail and accuracy in everything you do from email communication to production materials, timelines, and scopes of work.
You have the ability to manage programs by leading cross-functional teams in a project management like capacity and are comfortable juggling multiple concurrent projects, executing against firm deadlines
You have well established written and business communication skills
You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills that will engage clients, agency decision makers, team members and internal counterparts.
