Work in close collaboration with the project management team. Specifically, manage the design contract on design-build projects. Prepare and monitor project design budget and schedules. Provide oversight and supervision over the technical work of the design team. Lead and foster collaboration between design and construction teams. Review construction plans and specifications for compliance with contract requirements as the design is developed. Coordinate project designs with federal, state, and local agencies, utility companies, regulatory/approval agencies, and other third-party stakeholders.
