Brookside Multicare Nursing Center POSITION DESCRIPTION & EVALUATION REGISTERED NURSE/REGISTERED NURSE SUPERVISOR POSITION DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: Perform assigned patient care and related duties in accordance with the policies of the assigned organization and the New York State Standards of Nursing Practice. Reports to the Administrator/designee for compliance with Brookside Multicare Nursing Center policies.
