Nesco Resource is urgently hiring an Order Processing Assistant on a contract-to-hire basis. The Order Processing Assitant will process orders, and answer and respond to customer needs. Responsibilities: Manage order process workflow between manufacturer and customer Print, review, and import new EDI purchase orders daily. Maintain open communication with customers and sales managers. Address all pending issues and help provide solutions when necessary. Assist with set up of new customers/manufacturers. Qualifications: High school or equivalent Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 software and applications A track record of performance meeting targets and objectives. Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times challenging environment.
