HEALTH AND LIFE
Medical and dental coverage (including prescriptions and vision) is available to regular full-time employees and their families at attractive rates. Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO's) and Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO's) are available in various locations.

VACATION
Regular full-time employees earn vacation based on length of service.
PERSONAL TIME OFF
Regular full-time non-exempt employees and hourly employees receive 40 hours per year.
HOLIDAYS
The Company provides 11 paid holidays per year. The number of scheduled and floating holidays may vary based on office location.
401(k) RETIREMENT PLAN
