units M-I SWACO, Smith Technologies, Smith Services and

HEALTH AND LIFE
Medical and dental coverage (including prescriptions and vision)
is available to regular full-time employees and their families
at attractive rates. Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO's)
and Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO's) are available in
various locations.
The Company provides basic life and accidental death and dismemberment
insurance as well as disability coverage. Employees may also
purchase additional term life insurance and accidental death

VACATION
Regular full-time employees earn vacation based on length of
service.
PERSONAL TIME OFF
Regular full-time non-exempt employees and hourly employees receive
40 hours per year.
HOLIDAYS
The Company provides 11 paid holidays per year. The number of
scheduled and floating holidays may vary based on office location.
401(k) RETIREMENT PLAN
The Company automatically contributes a percentage of each employee's
compensation to their retirement account. Employees can contribute
pre-tax dollars to the plan and control their 401(k) investment
choices. Company matching is also available based on the profitability
