The Company also operates 108 dd's DISCOUNTS in eight states.
Brand name merchandise at Ross is priced 20% to 60% below most department and specialty store regular prices. At dd’s DISCOUNTS, the company sells more moderate brand name product and fashions that are priced 20% to 70% below most moderate department and discount store regular prices.
The company's buying offices are located in New York City and Los Angeles. The company has four distribution processing facilities-two in California, one in Pennsylvania, and one in South Carolina.
The company has 53,900 total employees, including an estimated 39,000 part-time employees, with more temporary employees hired during the holiday season.
