transporter of refined petroleum products in the United States,
a major transporter and storage operator of natural gas, the
largest transporter and marketer of CO2 for enhanced oil recovery

products from Alberta to British Columbia, Washington state and
the midwestern United States.
The general partner of KMP is owned by
Knight Inc. Mr. Kinder owns approximately 31 percent of Knight.

Mr. Kinder and affiliates of Goldman Sachs Capital Partners,
American International Group, Inc., and the Carlyle Group and
Riverstone Holdings LLC.
