Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc., founded in 1992, owns and operates 18 casino properties in Biloxi, Lula and Natchez, MS; Lake Charles, LA; Bettendorf, Davenport, Marquette and Waterloo, IA; Boonville, Caruthersville and Kansas City, MO; two casinos in Black Hawk, CO; and a casino and harness track in Pompano Beach, FL. Isle of Capri Casinos' international gaming interests include a casino that it operates in Freeport, Grand Bahama, a casino in Coventry, England, and a two-thirds ownership interest in casinos in Dudley and Wolverhampton, England.

Casinos have a tropical island theme and most include hotels and restaurants.

In fiscal 2007, the company reported revenues of $1.00 billion and net loss of $4.6 million.
