Direct Checks Unlimited

As one of the nation's leading direct-to-consumer check suppliers, Direct Checks Unlimited sells personal checks, a complete line of business checks and check-related products to consumers through brands like Checks Unlimited, Designer Checks, Checks.com, Artistic Checks and the Styles Check Company.

The company reported total revenues of $1.77 billion in 2015, up from $1.67 billion. Net income was $218.6 million.

History

With a $300 loan and an idea for the first personalized flat-pocket checkbook and holder, W. R. Hotchkiss founded Deluxe in 1915 in St. Paul, MN. The company went on to develop many more innovations, helping beat out the competition and become the industry leader it is today.

Deluxe acquired Wausau Financial Systems in October 2014.
