Eligible employees and their dependents may participate in a

A Flexible Spending Account Plan allows employees to pay for
out of pocket health related and child care expenses with tax
free income. A pre-tax deduction program for medical/dental and

LIFE, LONG TERM AND SHORT TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE
Eligible employees and dependents may participate in a Group
Life Insurance and AD&D Plan. Coldwater Creek pays for the
total cost of the insurance premium for employee, spouse and
dependents for basic coverage. Employees may elect to increase
the basic amounts through a Voluntary Life Insurance program.
Eligible employees are also covered under the company's disability
programs, Long and Short-Term Disability is provided by Coldwater
Creek at no cost to the employee.
401(k) PROFIT SHARING/PAYROLL SAVINGS PLAN
Coldwater Creek employees may participate in a 401(k) savings
plan to help accumulate funds for retirement or other future
income needs. Coldwater Creek provides a matching contribution
after one year of service.
HOLIDAYS
Coldwater Creek offers six (6) paid holidays.
VACATION AND SICK LEAVE
Vacation - eligible employees accrue vacation beginning on their
anniversary date. The accrual amount increases based on years
of eligible service with Coldwater Creek.
