Administaff delivers its personnel management
services by entering into a co-employment relationship with a
client company and the client company's existing employees, including
the business owner. Under this arrangement, Administaff assumes

Most of Administaff's clients are in white collar or skilled
blue collar industries, such as technology, engineering, real
estate, accounting, medical services, banking, legal, insurance
and light manufacturing.
Administaff has more than 6,000 client companies, 108,000 worksite employees and 1,900 corporate employees. The company has 51 district sales offices in 24 cities with regional service centers in Houston, Dallas, Atlanta and Los Angeles.
Revenues in 2009 decreased 4.1% to $1.7 billion, due to a 7.0% decrease in the average number of worksite employees paid partially offset by a 3.1% increase in revenues per worksite employee per month. Net income for 2009 was $16.6 million.
Administaff was founded in April, 1986 and went public in January 1997.
